Haizley Rayne Roper

Haizley Rayne Roper age 15 months passed away peacefully on Friday, May 28, 2021 surrounded by her loving and devoted parents Amanda White and Lennox Roper Jr. and her family at Monroe Carrell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt in Nashville, TN. Haizley was born on February 5, 2020 at Ft. Sanders Regional Hospital in Knoxville, TN. During her days here on earth, Haizley has touched many lives where she brought joy and happiness to everyone she touched. Haizley was one strong little fighter and our hearts and lives will never be the same without her in it. In addition to her parents Haizley is survived by her big sisters Kalani Lei’ Roper and Aaliyah Lennyx Rose Roper. Her paternal grandparents Cleo and Lumari Harshaw and Lennox Roper Sr.; maternal grandparents Kiersten and David Whitehead Jr. (Paternal) great grandparents Brenda (Tootsie) and James Johnson both deceased; (maternal) great grandparents Holly Petersen; deceased and Shirley Whitehead; deceased and David and Karen Whitehead. (Paternal) Uncles Steven Allen II, Zack Dobson, Lennox Roper Jr. and Calvin Roper along with others; Aunt Te’Airra Morris-Jones; (maternal) Uncles Jordon and Isaac White and David Whitehead Jr.; Aunt Kailynn White; along with numerous great great grandparents, uncles, aunts and cousins; special cousins (maternal) McKenzie White, Ma’Layah and Makenna George, Jourdyn and Jordon Jr. White, Kingston White; (paternal) Tymeir, Kingston and Nolan Allen, Aubri Maples, Kimberly Hendricks and Shamar Young. Godmother Leslie Gray and special Aunts Tiarra Holbrook, Briana French, Dia Sharp, and Domonique Williamson. Also, a special thank you to Cedar Bluff Play School and the wonderful teachers that showed her so much love. The family would like to thank the doctors and staff at Monroe Carrell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt PICU in Nashville, TN for their incredible care and support that was provided to Haizley and the entire family. The family appreciates all of the prayers, concerns and support during this very difficult time. A short memorial will be held from 1-2 on Saturday June 12, 2021 at Rose Mortuary Mann Heritage Chapel located at 6200 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37919 with Pastor Paul McCloud officiating.
