Stanley Warren Jones

Stanley " Stan" Warren Jones. Went home to be with Jesus on Tuesday, September 10, 2024. Attended OneLife Church. Retired from Knox County Schools as a teacher and coach at Halls High School and Richard Yoakley Alternative School. Then worked at Knoxville Public Building Authority, retiring in 2023. He graduated from Central High School in 1977 and The University of Tennessee - Knoxville in 1982; and was proud to be a Christian, husband, father, and grandfather. He was reunited in Heaven with his maternal grandfather Bob Martin, and paternal grandmother Belle Jones, beloved father and mother Elmer Warren Jones and Geraldine Martin Jones. He will be waiting to welcome his dedicated and loving wife, Trenna Beeler Jones, he could not have asked for a more caring, loving, and committed partner to walk this journey, sons and daughters-in-law: Andy and Kira Jones, and David and Rachel Jones; daughter and son-in-law Talor my "Baby T" and Mark Shaddix whom always have been the apple of daddy's eye; grandchildren: Brock, Kailee, Jordan, and Skylar Jones, Leah, Abram, and Eden Hope Shaddix; step (bonus) children, Ashley (Brian) Downey, Andrew (Ashley) Hamilton, and Will Hamilton; mother-in-law, Joan Beeler; sister and brother-in-law, Nancy and Eddie Saah; loving cousins, Bob Martin and Janie Kerr; close friend, Demarcus Cash; and many other friends; last but not least, his loyal companion, Tober. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Friday, September 13, 2024, at OneLife Church, 3803 W. Emory Road Powell, TN 37849. A Celebration of Life will follow at 7:00 PM ministered by Tyler Goode, Andy Jones, David Jones, Rachel Jones, Talor Shaddix, and Mark Shaddix. Come as you are, no suits or ties needed. Family and friends will meet at 10:15 AM Saturday, September 14, 2024, at Rose Funeral & Cremation Broadway and travel in procession to Greenwood Cemetery for a 11:00 AM graveside service. Andy Jones, David Jones, Mark Shaddix, Andrew Hamilton, Will Hamilton, and Demarcus Cash to serve as pallbearers.
