Mary Buckner Cleveland, age 84, of Knoxville, TN passed away on Tuesday, December 28, 2021. She attended West Knoxville Church of Christ. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Warren Cleveland; parents, Dewey Henry Buckner, Sr. and Edith Graham Buckner; brothers, Dewey Henry Buckner, Jr., Donald G Buckner, and Charles David Buckner; sisters, Wanda Graves and Betty Buckner. She is survived by her son, Timothy R Cleveland (Gina); grandchildren, Tyler Cleveland (Ciara), Jakeb Cleveland, and Karlee Cleveland; great grandchildren, Kinsley Cleveland, Lydia Cleveland, and Rayden Cleveland; sisters, Doris B. Hightower, and Shirley B. Dugger (Don); friend Alice Wagner. A special thank you to Patricia Pope, Cheryl Buckner, the staff at Beverly Park Place and the ICU Unit at Parkwest Medical Center for the love and care they gave to Mary. The family will receive friends from 5-7:00 pm Monday, January 3, 2022 at Rose Funeral & Cremation – Broadway. Funeral service will follow at 7:00 pm with Minister Mark Brackney officiating. Family and friends will gather at 12:15 pm Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at Rose Funeral and Cremation – Broadway and proceed in procession to Lynnhurst Cemetery for a 1:00 pm graveside service.
