Stanley C. Beck Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Stanley C Beck, passed away Wednesday, February 16, 2022. He was born August 16, 1922 in Little Rock, AK. He is preceded in death by mother, Edna Requa, father, Stanley C Beck, Sr, wife, Louise Belote Beck, and daughter, Diana Beck. Survived by daughter, Anita Beck Hecky & husband Larry, grandson, Alex Hayes, great granddaughter, Josie Wright. Stan often remembered his days in the Navy, serving on Liberty ships in the Pacific theater. He was proud of his 4 1/2 years served. He loved his time on ships and the friendships he made. Most of his working years were spent as an Electrical Contractor for GE Supply, Knoxville. Much of his spare time was spent fishing. He was a kind, man , husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He was a member of Central Baptist Church for over 60 years and treasured his religion and friends. Stan excelled at making friends wherever he went. And, those precious friends and caregivers (you know who you are) kept him going to the age of 99 1/2. The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 6 2022, from 1:00 -2:30 p.m. at Rose Funeral and Cremation - Mann. A private graveside service will take place at Edgewood Cemetery.
